Sillacore dealers restore small commercial flat roofs for an estimated $24,000 a job*, under their own company name, with the marketing system that finds the buildings built in. No franchise fees. No royalties.
P.S. Territories are one dealer per area and are assigned in order of qualification. Check if yours is still open below.
Answer a few short questions so we can check availability in your market, walk you through the Sillacore dealer model, and tell you honestly whether it fits your situation.

You already own a truck, a ladder and a pressure washer. You want a bigger ticket than a wash or a paint job, and a service that does not shut down for winter.
You can sit across a desk from a building owner and walk them through an estimated $24,000 restoration versus an estimated $60,000 to $90,000 tear-off. You want a real, local, physical business that software cannot replace.
You are ready to leave the job, you have the capital to launch properly, and you want a model where the marketing engine is already built instead of a product and a prayer.
Not for anyone looking for passive income. Dealers are on the roof for their first jobs, and that is by design.
Industry data suggests roughly 7 in 10 US commercial buildings are under 10,000 square feet. Their owners have been offered two options. Sillacore dealers sell the third one. Every figure below is an estimate.*
Flat roofs leak. Repairs bill an estimated $800 to $3,000, take roughly half a day, and can start the week you launch, while the restoration pipeline matures.*
Silicone can only be recoated with silicone. Every roof you restore returns at the end of its term. You build a book of buildings, not a list of one-time jobs.
We launch in the Southern U.S. first because silicone needs warm temperatures to cure. We estimate a 10 to 12 month working season instead of roughly 5 up north.
Everyone else in this space sells you pails and a brochure. We spent years building the marketing that fills calendars for local service businesses, and the product rides on top of it.

Answer the 60-second application above. We check availability in your metro and confirm you are a fit on paper.
We walk your market's numbers, show you exactly what is in the dealer system, and send the written disclosure. By law you have at least 7 days with it before any payment.
Your website and CRM go live under your name, product ships to you in pails, and you are on your first roof.
No. Sillacore is a dealer program, not a franchise. You trade under your own company name, you own your customers, and there are no franchise fees or royalties. Because we supply the product and the marketing system, the FTC Business Opportunity Rule applies, which means you receive a one-page written disclosure at least 7 days before any payment.
No. Silicone restoration on a flat roof is roll-on: wash, seal seams, roll on the membrane. In our experience dealers with a trade background move faster at the start, but most of the skill is in prep and process, and we support you through your first jobs. You do need to be comfortable working at height and doing physical work.
Not to start. We estimate a 6,000 square foot roof at 2 to 3 days, and many dealers add one person for larger roofs. Dealers self-perform on purpose. By our estimates, subcontracting the labour hands away $5,000 or more on a typical job, and keeping it is where the margin lives.*
You get ad creative ready to run in your territory and a website and CRM built to convert. Your job is the estimates, the conversations and the roofs. We do not promise a fixed number of leads per month, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
We walk through the full investment on the strategy call and put it in writing in the disclosure, so you can decide with the real numbers in front of you. The application asks about your capital in bands so we can tell you early whether it is realistic.
Yes. Roofing, pressure washing, painting, gutter and solar businesses are natural fits, because you already have the truck, the ladder and the customers. You keep your existing operation and add a much larger ticket to it.
Southern U.S. metros first. Silicone needs warm temperatures during cure, so we estimate a southern territory gives you a 10 to 12 month season. If you are outside the Southern U.S., apply anyway. We are opening markets in order of demand.
Complete the application to check your territory and lock in your strategy call. One dealer per area, assigned in order of qualification.
