Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sillacore Holdings Ltd. ("Sillacore", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit sillacore.com, request information about becoming a dealer, chat with us, or receive calls, emails or text messages from us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, and your answers to our dealer application questions, when you fill in a form, book a call or start a chat.
• Communications: records of the calls, emails, chats and text messages we exchange with you.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with the site, collected with cookies and similar tools (Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and our own first-party analytics, which stores no personal data).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, check territory availability and schedule calls with you.
• To send you information you asked for, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about the Sillacore dealer program.
• To provide the services in a dealer agreement, if you become a dealer.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to communicate with you about your enquiry, your appointments and the Sillacore dealer program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party. We never sell your personal information.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email, scheduling, website hosting and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. These categories never include SMS opt-in data or consent, as stated above.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though some analytics will not.
