These Terms of Service govern your use of sillacore.com and of the communications you receive from Sillacore Holdings Ltd. ("Sillacore", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Sillacore provides marketing, software and online training to independent commercial roof restoration businesses. Sillacore dealers are independently owned and operated businesses trading under their own names. Sillacore does not grant a franchise or a trademark licence. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a business opportunity. Any dealer relationship is governed only by a signed written agreement, after you receive the disclosure required by law.
Job sizes, prices, costs and other figures on this site are illustrative estimates, not guarantees or representations of earnings. Results vary by market, effort and many factors outside our control.
Program: Sillacore sends text messages about your dealer enquiry, call scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the Sillacore dealer program, to people who give their mobile number and agree to receive them.
We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree to give accurate information in any form and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to access it in an unauthorised way.
The site's content, design and the Sillacore name and logo belong to Sillacore Holdings Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
The site uses third-party tools, such as scheduling, chat and video players. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sillacore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
